Download older Versions of Photoshop

Hi @ All.

I am using Photoshop 19.1.9 on a MacPro 3,1 Early 2008 with ElCapitan 10.11.6
In vain I have searched for a Download link for the Photoshop version (19.1.9).
Anyone here, who can give me a hint, how I will be able to refresh my installed Photoshop ?

Adobe offers the current version and one previous. ProDesign Tools has direct links to PS CC 2019 here:

Why does your version need refreshing? You might try resetting preferences instead of reinstalling.

Thanx for trying to help me.
I already used the "reset" to solve the problem, it does not work like any of the links in your post.
What I need is a link to download the version I have. I think here only the Adobe Support Desk can help.
