Drag and drop stopped working in Photoshop on Windows 10

Sometimes (approximately every 3 hours) drag and drop stopped working. I can't drag files anywhere in Explorer (including Photoshop)

Having tried many ways to solve the problem. Two ways to solve the problem:

- Reboot PC

- Close and reopen Photoshop

Are there other ways to solve the problem?

Photoshop 2020

After installing the update for Windows 1909, the problem is resolved

Why do you have three versions of Photoshop installed? I can understand 2, but 2018?

If the issue is affecting other areas of your computer besides Photoshop - I would inquire on the Win 10 forum as well.

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening, let's make it right.

Could you please check ig there are any Windows updates available to install?
Also, could you try restoring the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings
