Dragging photoshop library images loses size

Hello, I just noticed something and can’t figure out how to fix it. I have some overlay images in my Photoshop Creative Cloud library that I usually keep on hand and use in my images from time to time. I just noticed today that all of a sudden when I click and drag some of my overlays onto an image, it is placing on top of an image in a very small size. It’s never been like that before. I went to check in the library itself and the files there are the original size, I also right clicked on overlays in photoshop itself, went to “get info” and it is showing an original size there as well. But when I drag it, it’s being placed very small.

Also tried to right click in photoshop library and choose “place layers” and it’s placing it in original size, which is at least a solution, but it’s never been like that before, maybe it’s some kind of a bug after an update.
