I'm not sure how else to discribe this problem and I'm not sure if its a tablet or photoshop issue but when I draw a line my pen seems to lose connection to the tablet or something? Just randomly my lines as I draw them keep having these weird gaps appearing in them so I have to try and draw the same line multiple times before theres a consistent line. Below is just a very quick example of what I'm talking about. Starting from the 6th line these gaps appear for no apparent reason. This was photoshop 2021 just opened on a 500dpi blank PSD file. I draw on a wacom intus pro and I really have no idea what is causing this issue. If there is anyone out there with any idea's I'd be really greatful. Thank you!

If you are using a Windows machine, try this link to adjust your Windows Ink settings.

The other things you can try are to reset your brush settings, check your Wacom pressure sensitivity and try a new pen tip or pen altogether.

If this is an older Wacom Intuos, it could be wear on the pen or tablet surface itself. Try rotating the tablet (and changing the settings in the Wacom orientation) then see if the same issue occurs.
