Hello,

I'm a digital painter. I have wacom intuos tablet.

I just reset my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and i setup all programs. But i have an issue with photoshop cc 2018. While I'm drawing my brush makes randomly touching. Specially when im drawing deatil and making smooth touches its happening. I captured a screen video.

I don't use windows ink. And I already have PSUserConfig.txt file. I don't know what i'm gonna do. It makes me annoying.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop while using your Wacom tablet. Please update Photoshop to the latest version (21.2) and check if the issue persists. Also, you can try uninstalling and re-installing the Wacom drivers from scratch to check if that helps.

You can also check the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/tablet-support-faq-photoshop.html

Please let us know if it helps!

Regards,

Nikunj
