Drawing tablet grabbing canvas, need help

I've heard recently about a recent windows update messing up Photoshop where it grabs the screen instead of drawing when using a tablet. i'm having this problem but i don't seem to have the update that's causing it on my computer, what do i do? also i'm using the huion h610pro if that makes any difference
