Duotone from Photoshop in InDesign + print

I have a problem with duotone images saved in Photoshop as jpg. I’d like to make a PDF in InDesign, also to print it later. Unfortunately when I place the 3 images (each has a different duotone colour) they only look correct in InDesign. Once I export them as PDF they all get the same colour. How can I place them in InDesign and keep their original colours in PDF and print?
