Duplicate Current Layer & Nudge Shortcut Not Working

Hi All,

I'm doing a tutorial using Photoshop CC that requires me to duplicate the current layer 100 times and nudge each copy by 1 pixel. I'm using the Alt+Arrow key to do this, but the shortcut doesn't seem to work for me. Is there a way to reset it or fix it? Thanks.

    It works - be sure you are using Move (V) tool before using Alt + Arrow Shortcut
