DynamicLink Media Server not available - Photoshop 2020 on macOS 10.14.6

I'm trying to open a mp4 video in Photoshop and it's impossible. The message is "dynamic link media server is not available".

I've tried some of the solutions from the forum, but they don't work.

My gear: Mac Mojave 10.14.6, Photoshop 2020.

Please, help me!

Hello,

I am having the same issue. "DynamicLink Media Server is not available." Using a MAC with CC 2020.

I have tried all the previous solutions and non of them are working.

Please help.
