DynamicLink missing for photoshop cc 2015

im using photoshop cc 2015 on macbook pro 13 inch, mid 2012 version 10.15.5.

i didnt open my photoshop for 3 weeks and i try to make a gif but today when i try to open it, it show a popup message saying that the dynamiclink is missing. this is the first time i experience thing like this. creative cloud said that the photoshop is up to date? but i dont know. i also just update the mac to version 10.15.5
