E mail inbox over run

Hi,

I made a comment on one particular post.Now my inbox is flooded out with e mail when ever someone replies or comments on that post.How do I stop this please? I only want e mails when comeone replies to a post I,ve made.

Go back to your post

At the right bottom click on Plus > modifiy

then unckeck the alert by email checkbox

Next time you most do not forget to uncheck his box
