Edit tools not displaying size, only the icon. Only noticed this occurring today since last update

If you mean that -for example- the brush only shows a brush icon rather than a circle in the size of the brush, then go to Preferences - Cursors and change the settings from Standard to Full Size Brush Tip, and to Precise for other cursors.

Do you mean you tapped the Caps Lock key by mistake? Just tap it again.
