Embed Creative Cloud Library Objects

A user in our agency used certain vector objects in her photoshop work files from Creative Cloud Libraries using her personal account, now when she shares the files among the team they get "Link File is missing".

Is there a way, those vector objects can be embedded, converted or downloaded as offline object?

They are all using MacOS 10.10 - 10.11 and Adobe Photoshop CC 2017

Thanks in Advance

    Hi

Assume she can open the documents with the links intact,  right click on the linked layer and, from the menu that appears choose, "Embed Linked"

All done, it is a tedious task but we did not want users to share libraries. So davescm solution was best for our scenario

The library can be shared (even though it is in her personal account) so that anyone can access the assets.
