After years of consistent use, I have never had this problem.
The entire workspace, even the launcher screen is tinted yellow/ sepia. This happened suddenly after opening a file I had been working on less than 24hrs prior. Any time I open the app, the whole window is covered with this tint.
Exported content is fine, not affected by the strange tint.
I tried changing my color profiles in the color manager in the control panel, but did not do anything. I restarted my laptop (lenovo legion 7 16ACHg6), deleted and reinstalled PS, tried opening the beta version, and downloaded a previous version, and nothing worked. 😞
In the photos: Photoshop and Illustrator open in the same window. Illustrator is normal and photoshop has the tint everywhere. NOTICE how the Photoshop icons to minimize/ expand the screen at the top right are the standard Windows icons that are not affected by the tint... compared to the icons for Illustrator. Dont know what that means but it's there.
Something else I noticed when opening Photoshop is that for a split second, there's a yellowish box that fills my screen before the photoshop window opens. Maybe that's a clue? I have no idea how to fix this please help.
