Eraser Size won't change in Photoshop CC 2018

Hi there!

Before, I've always been able to change the eraser size on the fly when I would switch from the brush tool to the eraser tool by using the special "Erase" setting that you can program in Wacom pens ( by default the back of the pen, or assigning this "erase" function to any other button).

So, it would go like this:

1. I'm painting with the brush tool.

2. I press down a button with the Erase function programmed. The tooltip temporarily changes to the Erase tool.

3. I press [ or ] to change brush tip size.

4. Erase away.

5. Release button, keep on painting.

This worked fine up to Photoshop CC 2017. This new version simply doesn't change the size. As I press [ or ] it changes the brush tool size, leaving the erase tool unchanged.

I wonder if this is happening to anybody else.

Also, I'm in Windows 10.

Thanks for looking into this!

There have been reports that Wacom Preferences is not seeing the change to CC2018.  The only fix is to remove Photoshop from Wacom Preferences and add it again, but you will need to reassign your non default settings.   I had to do exactly this on my Intuos 4's Touch Ring (I have everything else set to default.
