Erreur : La commande "Importer" n'est pas disponible. (-25920)

Je tente une automatisation / traitement par lots. Après avoir choisi les actions (signature d'un lot d'image), le dossier source, le dossier d'enregistrement, je clic donc sur "OK".
A ce moment là j'ai ce message "Erreur : La commande "Importer" n'est pas disponible. (-25920)"
Comment rendre disponible la commande "Importer" ?
