não estou conseguindo acessar o meu plano da adobe, sempre que entro na minha conta aparece uma mensagem " não foi possivel carregar os dados " e o meu aplicativo do photoshop aparece uma caixa de mensagem dizendo que não foi possivel verificar o status da assinatura da adobe, mas eu paguei o plano, preciso resolver isso porque trabalho com edição de imagem.

@eva_8065 sing out and back in - making sure you are using the email associated with the purchased plan/Adobe ID.

Hi @G U S T A V o32738007k925 what does the screen show under Plans not Products?

Products is for older products with a serial number license. Current software is under plans as a subscription.
