erro de impressão

Olá a migos, precisa da ajuda de vcs. Atualizei o para a versão mais recente, mas quando comando para aimprimir ele está fechando. Troquei de vwersão, mas continua  mesma coisa. Alguém já passou por isso?

Did you try above suggestion?. Yesterday, new version of Photoshop released.

Did you try after updating the Photoshop?

Could you please explain more and give information. 

  • What operating system are yiu using?
  • Is print dialog get closed or Photoshop closes when you try to print.

Olá, bom dia.
Uso o win 10 64 , minha impressora é uma epson L3150, quando eu escolho a
imagem e tento imprimir, simplesmente o Photoshop fecha.

Hi,

Please try holding down the spacebar as you choose File > Print to reset the Print dialog box. This will reset your print preferences.
