When i have installed PS 2018,it pop up a window which show a error 16 .So i can't use it and any applications. who can help me?

For Macs: Open Terminal and copy/paste this command:

sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe

That is mean that you have a problem in Permissions to licensing folders.
You can restore it depending on your operation system.
