error AdbePM.dII photoshop CC 2015.exe

I am unable to open photos without opening in photoshop without giving me error message AdbePM.dII in Photoshop CC 2015.exe although I am now using Photoshop CC 2017.exe on Windows 7. Please advise.

    Hi 7cheryl1283 ,

    It seems that this file is missing or corrupted in current installation of Photoshop on your computer. Please reinstall Photoshop from CC app and let us know if that helps. Take a look at this discussion How to fix problem with AdbePM.dll ?
