Error Bloqueo de Photoshop crashing

Hola me pueden ayudar con este error de bloque de la aplciación Photoshop. Los demás programas me funcionan bien pero este me genera el error que adjunto en la captura y no lo puedo utilizar. Saludos

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about Photoshop crashing. Would you mind telling us the version of Photoshop and the operating system version you're working with?

 

  • Does it crash upon launching?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the app?

 

If reinstalling Photoshop doesn't help, then try resetting its preferences back to default and let us know how it goes.

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

Tengo la versión 21.2.4 y la he reinstalado y nada, el problema persiste. Saludos
