Error displaying camera raw 16.1 in photoshop 25.4
The photo taken into the camera raw 16.1 is redder than the original file. Color and contrast display in camera raw is wrong. Please tell me how to fix it. Camera raw cannot be downgraded

Also post Help > System Info (all of it) so we can see your GPU configuration.
This is either a monitor profile issue, or a GPU issue. But we can't say which without more information.
