Error en apertura de imagen

Abrí una imagen para editarla, sin embargo, no me aparece. Aparece que ya se abrió (cuadrado rojo en la imagen) pero no aparece en la pantalla. ¿Saben a qué se debe?.

Hi there,

Sorry to learn about this error, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with?

Also, could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
