Error generate image AI in illustrator and photoshop

I can't generate images using the artificial intelligence tool in Illustrator and Photoshop. In the attached photos, you can see the message that appears when I try to generate an image. I'm also including a photo of my computer model in case it's related to the issue I'm experiencing. Thank you very much.
