Error Making Video in Photoshop CC

I am creating a video in Photoshop CC. I keep running out of storage so I switched to a USB. I created the video on a Windows computer in Photoshop CC and saved it in Photoshop format on the USB. I plugged the USB into my Mac to open in Photoshop and the speed is now too fast. I can't edit the speed there is a red circle with a questions mark on my Mac. I switched the USB back to the PC and there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it on all layers. I tried to edit the speed again on the Windows computer and cannot. Im rendering the video to hopefully be able to re-upload and adjust speed but any other ideas for the original file? The video is very slow on the Windows computer but extremely fast on my Mac. I'm really confused.

Can you post a screenshot? Sounds like the video is linked, not embedded. What assets are you using and where are they coming from? Is it just video, are you using pics, etc. Are they saved on your PC hard drive, coming from a CC library? Somewhere there is a disconnect with the files.
