error message: Could not complete your request because of a program error

I have just done an update on PS in CC and since then i keep getting this message, I can't even close PS. I am running windows 10. I've tried unistalling and just no luck.

Can anyone help.

Check your processing settings. GPU on a Windows platform, and get settings updated to match your computers capacities.

Hello,

I had the same problem and solved it. The problem is the GPU. I put the check v off and everything works fine now!

Go to Edit, Preferences and choose Performances. Good luck!

Having the same issue, the link above was unsuccessful.

Attempting to install the older verion (21.2.4) apparently prevents further updates.
