Error message PS CC Could not complete the command because of a program error.

Error message on start up, click OK goes to gray PSCC screen then finally to to the black PSCC screen where it opens. I have uninstalled but still happens I am on a MAC running Mojave.

    Try resetting your preferences on launch:

    We're sorry that you're getting an error message "Could not complete the command because of a program error" while opening Photoshop CC.

    Which exact version of Photoshop CC are you using and how long have you been facing this issue?

    Do you get the error message while opening a file or just launching the application?
