I had this problem along with, "Could not complete the command because there is not enough memory (RAM)" and also "An integer between 50 and 8 is required". These were all caused by a Windows 10 update. I found that the answer given on the Adobe Site to the question, What to do if for an error message, An integer between 50 and 8 is required? corrected all these faults.
