Error 'There is a problem with Generator' occurs when launching Photoshop

When I launch both versions (2023 and Beta) I get the "There is a problem with Generator" error message. I've looked for days for the solution. I'm on a Mac running the Ventura OS (13.4.1) at work, so we don't have Malwarebytes or a firewall. No plug-ins or anything extra added as I don't have admin rights on this workstation. We use many templates that utilize the "Generate - Image Assets" and now I can't complete those tasks, which is a huge red flag for our workflow. Any solutions for me or our IT dept would be great.
