Error Tool Image Photoshop CC Windows 10

When i want to apply a change using the tool image, for example, i used the noice filter, then, i want to put an umbral, and the tool goes normal, i can see the prev and all normal, but when i press ok, the effect does´nt get applied, it still before i used umbral, and its the same with levels, color and contrast, it shows the prev and everything normal, but when i tap ok, nothing happens
