Error "unable to perform this operation" when I open a file in photoshop

Hey,

I have a problem when I open a .psd file in photoshop (v25.2), the file worked perfectly, but since today, the software does not open the file with this error : "unable to perform this operation".
I tried to open this same file on Illustrator (v28.1), but same problems, and I also tried to open this file on another computer, but same error.

Photoshop hasn't received an update in the meantime so I don't understand the problem and I don't know how to fix it.

If you can help me that would be great!
