Estou tento problemas para abrir o PhotoShop

Pessoal, tudo blz?

Aparece essa msg quando tento abrir o PS. Apareceu após o mac desligar por falta de bateria. Já tentei abrir vários arquivos diferentes, foto e nada. Já desinstalei e nada tbm.

Alguém sabe como solucionar?

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
