Every Major Photoshop Update a Nightmare
Last Photoshop update:
1.) All my settings are gone (again)
2.) There is some major display issue (display starts stuttering then crashes) - again!
3.) Mouse stutter - again!
Its becoming a regular occurance, that I have to post here after each major update (Photoshop and Illustrator) because the app stops working properly.
It seems my Nvidia Control Settings somehow get deleted or don't carry over. My preferences and internal app settings dont carry over. Since it always takes me 3 hours to make sure Photoshop runs again, this is a real problem for me.
I will contact support and let them fix this, but would also like to start a threat to see if I am the only one or if this is a more common issue. This usually happens right when I have multiple client deadines. Is sucks big time.
It I have one big wish for Adobe apps: Please do something about settings (app settings, nvideo settings, graphic card settings) not carrying over properly. This is becoming a real joke. It cannot be, that I have to suffer from major Adobe update anxiety, simply because the Adobe dev team fails to ensure that settings carry over and / or there are major app stability issues after each major update (especially photoshop).
