Every time I click to open Photoshop Adobe requires I log in

Every single time I open Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud requires me to type in my login password. Why suddenly can my computer (Windows 10) not remember my Adobe credentials? This is getting exceedingly cumbersome.

I notice that CC won't update as it says it is conflicting with node.js. Every time I try to close node.js in the taskbar it automatically restarts another instance. Do I have to uninstall node.js in order to update Adobe? and thenn re-install it after? Is this even related to the above problem or is it a side issue?

It seemed for me node.js which was running in the background was conflicting with node.js that is part of the Adobe installer. I had to disable it and then try to update all applications. Then Photoshop opened withouot having to log in again.
