everything following my mouse

hi i was using photoshop 2020 and everthing was good then i upgraded to 2023 

and i got a problem 

everthing i do it is following my mouse until i double click

This should be fixed with a preferences reset. Seems to work for most people. Make sure you save out any actions, brushes etc that you want to keep.

 

Some also report that setting Legacy Undo Shortcuts does it.

    You'll find them in Edit menu > Keyboard Shortcuts

      thank you so much it did help 
      but where i can find legacy undo Shortcuts 
      and What is the cause of the problem i dont want that to happen again
