Everything goes mad after using liquify tool

I am experiencing problems with other tools after using liquify tool. Crop tool chooses format itself, healing goes all-around document in a zig-zag pattern, etc.
Liquify tool itself is a bit laggy and slow when hovering with the mouse.

Seems to work find on my Dell Workstation running windows 10. 22.1.1 has issues but liquity and most tools work. 3D Feature has issues and Adobe broke the line tool. Adobe also published a list of known issues in Photoshop 2021. Adobe has addressed some of the listed issues. Use Photoshop 2020 version 21.2.4

The same thing happens in new 22.1.1 and with older version 21.2.4.

Surface book 3

Win 10 Pro - 20H2

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz

32.0 GB RAM

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with max-Q Design

Hi all depends on your computer power and compatibility if that is good then reset your preferences of Photoshop or if you are using 2021 it has some bugs yet revert back to 2020 for better experience....regards
