Export 3D

Hello guys.

I tried to export the PSD to 3D, but the option is not available. The PSD file was downloaded in envato elements

Your help please.

Can you explain further what you are trying to do.

Export 3D layer is for exporting a 3D model/scene from Photoshop into a format that can be opened in other applications. However your screenshot does not show a 3D layer, just a Smart object.

See below example of a 3D layer and an ordinary smart object layer


So in your example, there is no 3D object/scene to export.

    Do you know if a can convert a simple smart object into a 3D layer.

    I have an example attached that i want to convert.

    Hi

    Whilst you can make any layer into a 3D layer then you would still end up with a flat surface with some thickness extruded from the flat layer. Think of a postcard or a jigsaw piece.

    To get a dinosaur in 3D space that you can turn around, and still looks like a dinosaur from any angle, requires a 3D model. You could import such a model to Photoshop but not create it in Photoshop
