Export an action

How can I export a single action? I want to send one of my custom actions to a friend and cannot find a way to export or save as to a location where I can grab it. Photoshop 22.3.0 / Windows 10.

Create a new Action Set.

Drag your Action into the (new) set.

Activate the (new) set (click on it).

Then choose: Save Actions… from menu.

Select the Action Set (the folder) > go to the Action panel menu > Save Actions...

If it's grayed out you have the Action selected, not the set it is in.

Send the .atn file to your friend and they can choose "Load Actions".
