Export an action to another machine

I have created an action on one machine. I want to export it to use on another machine. From everything I can find online (which is not much), it appears that the action I created should be found (Mac OS 10.15.7)  in Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2021/Presets/Actions. But there is no such action there. I've also tried Edit > Presets > Export/Import Presets. But the window of available presets to export is completely empty.

Is there any way to copy an action I made on one machine and bring it over to another machine to use there?

Thanks.

PS. For the amount of money I'm spending to rent this program every month, I was expecting Adobe would have real support - not just make the 'community' do the support work. Isn't there any actual Adobe support for Photoshop?

Correct answer D Fosse

Save out the action set from the fly-out menu in the actions panel. Then load it the same way on the other machine.

You should get into the habit of saving out actions in any case. Actions do not migrate in version updates, and they are lost with a preferences reset. Unsaved actions just reside in the current preferences file.

@ D Fosse. Thanks!  This got me halfway. Then I figured out how to do "load actions" from the flyout menu on the other machine.

This was great. Much appreciated.
