Export as image resize problem - blank preview

Hello,

I have a problem with exporting some of my projects. When I try to resize the image in the "Export as" window, the preview area becomes blank and export possibility is not available. It happens only with some of the files not everytime. I have tried all options from changing the width, height, percentage, canvas resize and I always have this same strange error.

I attached the screen. Does anybody have this kind of problem?

My system is Windows 7, newest Photoshop CC 2017, graphic card is Nvidia Quadro M1000M.
