"Export as" or "Quick Export" not working

Hi, is anyone else experiencing issues with exporting files? For some reason this week, "Export As..." or "Quick Export as PNG" isn't working for me. I have multiple artboards in one file that I need to export as PNGs. I know I can "Save As..." but that only works for one file at a time. Attached is a screenshot. Either one used to work for me before the latest app update.
Version: Photoshop 23.2.0
Platform/OS version: macOS Big Sur 11.6.1
Basic steps: Have file open with multiple artboards > Go to File, Export, "Export As..." or "Quick Export as PNG"
Expected result: (via "Export As...") Box opens with individual artboards shown and ability to export; (via "Quick Export as PNG") "Save" window opens with ability to save individual artboards as PNGs.
Actual result: (via "Export As...") Box opens with no artboard shown, and when hovered over "Export" button, tooltip reads, "No valid asset to export. Please resolve any warnings and try again." And there were no previous warnings; (via "Quick Export as PNG") Nothing happens.
