Export directly to photos from Mac

This may be a silly question but I'm stumped. On my previous computer (and photoshop verision) I had the export button (box with up arrow) on the top right of my program that would allow me to save a jpeg of that file directly to photos on my mac. I've since gotten a new computer and that function isnt there anymore. Does anyone know how to turn that quick export back on? or am I doomed to save and convert forever?
