Export for Web (Legacy) Problem

Hi everybody,

I have a big problem, I can't use "Export for web (Legacy)" to export my Gif on Photoshop, I have this message : "Unable to perform the operation Undefined operating system error". I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, deleted my preferences but nothing works. I have the 21.1.0 version of Photoshop and the 10.15.3 Catalina version on my mac.

Can anyone help please?

The feature has been superseded by File > Export > Export As... select GIF from the drop-down menu.

It's 3 gifs with 3 sizes : 300x250, 300x600 and 728x90 px

Would you mind going to the System Preferences for Mac then navigate to Security and Privacy > select the Privacy Tab > Select Accessibility from the list on the left and add Photoshop to the list. Also, grant Photoshop permissions to the Files and Folders then restart the computer to check if that helps.
