Export Save For Web nog working

Hello everyone, I want to export slices but I cannot seem to use the export button "save for web". It is grey, can't click on it. I have changed preferences, and I enabled the "use older export functions". Nothing works. What can I do?

My photoshop is in Dutch, but as you can see the export function "Opslaan voor web" is off. Using 22.5 photoshop.

Thanks for your feedback. I reset all the preferences, then re-opened. Nothing works, I made a page screenshot, is that what you meant?

Legend

Save for Web will be disabled for certain Image Modes, for example 32-bit.

Hi can you please show us full page screenshot so we can check document properties also or try to reset your preferences if all is ok then maybe its a bug...regards
