Exporting image with no background but still exports with background???????

You say that the image had a transparent background and you removed the transparent background. This does not make complete sense in Photoshop:

• a background layer cannot be transparent
• if the layer had transparency, there was nothing to remove

If this is what happened and you have a vector image, the best practice is to open the .ai /.eps file in Illustrator and delete the layer with the checkerboard pattern. Then bring it into Photoshop.

Others have told you that you need to save in a format that supports transparency. If you need more help, please ask again, as these instructions are brief.

The image you posted is a jpeg. The jpeg file format does not support transparency.

What do you mean you removed a transparent background?

What format did you export it as?

Hello, please post a screenshot of your export settings.

Also, can we know the file format you selected? 

JPEGS do not support transparency, for instance. Try using PNG.
