Exporting individual artboards does not work

Hello,

I'm having issues with the Export feature on artboards not working.  A black box appears as if it's trying to launch, but then it just goes away and nothing happens. I attached a video for reference. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling PS.

Hi, try to reset the Adobe Photoshop preferences. To do this, press the keys Option + Command + Shift during Photoshop startup. You will be asked if you want to delete the current settings.

Sorry that you cannot export art boards from Photoshop CC 2019. Things work fine as expected on both Windows and Mac at my end.

Could you please restore Photoshop app preferences to default and let us know if the issue still persists?

You are on Mac, latest release, right? I am testing on Win and everything works fine.
