Hey

I'm loosing my eyes with that ide. I cant use VS code to code due to debug crashes every 5 sec so I finally decided to dig in to ESTK and see if I can make it dark.

I found this post >

https://www.ps-scripts.com/viewtopic.php?t=12703

But I'm failing to convert the top part of script code in to preferences format so it can read it properly.

I got the bottom source code solved.

Can any1 help/suggest how to make this app dark theme?

I'd like to use my eyes in a week...
TIA!

@Stephen Marsh Seems like you mised the point here... I NEED THE DEBUGGER. Its why I went back to ESTK ! VsCode crashes on every break point!

Anyway I managed to apply the style to ESTK and I can now "rest" my eyes a little easier. The Javascript console/callstack/etc panels are strill white, but at least the main editing panel is dark and I'm not being blinded by it anymore.

For any1 interested, the forum post above worked, just to see options in xml, you have 1st to edit them & save & close estk then the file gets updated & u can replace the preset.

I don't understand, just don't use the debugger part of the Adobe ES Debugger plugin, you can still use the rest? Or if the whole thing just keeps crashing on you, uninstall the Adobe ES Debugger, then use a third party extension which may help with code editing but not debugging.

Atom is quite popular:

Good luck!
