Hi All

After the recent update of PS CC to version 22.4.0 ,the extension icons are hidden from the panel.

How to resolve and get back the icon visibility.

Please help!

Thanks

It seems a new bug in 22.4. Reset the preferences doesn't help.

There's already a appropriate post in the Photoshop product forum that was monitored by Adobe.

Updated Photoshop to v 22.4 and lost extension Icon images. | Adobe Photoshop Family

Please follow this post in the product forum.

I reset everything too... nothing fix the issue

Panels are also blinking like doing refresh from time to time

Rolled back to the previous version 22.3 the panels with the icons back to normal

I'll wait with 22.4 for this bug to be fixed

same problem here

I can add extensions but the whole column is just black squares with no icon visible, so I have to hover (or memorise) to find the one I want/ need

Hi Murali,

Sorry to hear that Extension icons are hidden in the latest version of Photoshop. Could you please try resetting Photoshop's preferences and let us know how it goes?

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Hi

I have rolled back to the previous version 22.3.1 and got back the panels with the icons.

The recent update has effected CEP and UXP panels.

Hopefully Adobe will address this issue through their next update.

Cheers
