Extremely buggy/laggy photoshop

Hey All,

Not sure if this is something on my end, but my photoshop has been extremely buggy. It started about a day ago, and there's a list of problems. I'll take an image from the internet and paste into photoshop and first, it will lag and take forever to paste, then it will finally show up but it's all distorted with different colors. To add to that when I try to move the asset around it basically duplicates the image everytime you move it, i'll paste an image below to show you what I mean.

No clue whats going on, but if anyone could help me or knows what to do that's be MUCH appreicated.
