Eyedropper tool not working

Hi guys! Whenever I select my eyedropper tool, there's a huge crossed out mark and it wont let me sample any colors! What should I do?

That's not the Eyedropper tool, and there is no triangle indicating hidden tools. Go to Edit > Toolbars and click Restore Defaults to restore your toolbar.

Yes it was reported. I can't post the link here since it's in a back area, but I'll send it to you. Here's a screen shot I took two days ago where some say 2021 and others say 2022 on December 26.
